Krka National Park
The beautiful National Park is only 130 km from Brela. See it and enjoy it, words are unnecessary.
Split
Ancient city and a booming tourist destination. Roman emperor Diocletian's palace and Ultra Europe Festival are the most famous attractions. A good place for shopping, too.
Ultra Europe
An annual outdoor electronic music festival, held in Croatia since 2013. In short, it's Europe no. 1 techno event. Next year's edition takes place in Split from 6 to 8 July.
Korčula Island and Town
"Little Dubrovnik" as it is known sometimes, the town of Korčula is well worth the visit. Also a birthplace of Marco Polo. Or at least they claim so. The boat trip from Makarska Riviera is perhaps the best way to visit, or you can get a ferry from Orebić (Pelješac peninsula).
Plitvice National Park
The famous Plitvice Lakes, visited by more than a million people each year. They have an enormous natural, cultural and tourist significance for Croatia. Even though the Lakes are roughly 300 km away from Brela, the question is not "if I should visit", but "when" - maybe on your way home if you are travelling by car.
